Responsibilities Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room Be attentive and alert at all times Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment Welcome and support members when using the facilities Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times Qualifications You’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records.
