This role is a non‑teaching leadership position responsible for the direction and development of both Hockey and Cricket programmes at a leading state boarding school.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Hockey and Cricket programmes, overseeing coaching, competition, and development.
- Collaborate with other sports staff to integrate programmes within the school’s Sports Hub.
- Provide pastoral support and promote a positive sporting culture.
- Report on programme outcomes and contribute to the school’s athletic strategy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a boarding school environment (desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in sports, preferably in multiple disciplines.
- Commitment to safeguarding and willingness to undergo DBS check and online search.
- Pastoral experience is an advantage and will be discussed during the interview.
