Hours: Part time (16 hours) and Relief opportunities available.
Salary: Earn up to £27,960.08 per year pro rata (pro rata salary of up to £11,470.80 per annum). After successfully completing your probation period, your hourly rate increases to £13.75 (£27,960.08 pro rata). We recognise the responsibility of this role and have chosen to build in a clear and guaranteed pay progression - reflecting the commitment, skill and consistency it takes to do this job well.
The role focuses on making a real difference, supporting with areas such as self-neglect, isolation, mental health and improving his home environment. You'll play a key part in building his self-esteem and confidence, helping him engage with community activities, develop social skills, and understand positive and appropriate relationships.
