Location: Parkside Primary School (Bun-sgoil Taobh na Pàirce).
Salary: £26,205 - £26,525 (pro rated for part time and sessional).
Hours: 8 per week, 38 weeks sessional. Working pattern for the position is Monday to Thursday, 11:45.
Responsibilities- Supervise learners in the playground during lunchtime.
- Provide support to children in the dining hall.
- Experience or training relevant to supervising children in a school setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff and parents.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
- Must pass the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) or have a recent update check; if you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out of the UK in the last 5 years, you must provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check.
- Post is 0.19 FTE; salary will be about 19% of the stated range.
- Post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Act 2007.
- Employment is conditional upon satisfactory pre‑employment checks.
