Lounges are special because of the people who run them. We seek a super‑brilliant leader to run our Lounge, ensuring each shift delivers a fantastic customer experience and an outstanding workplace for the community.
Responsibilities
- Lead your team to deliver 14 great shifts each week.
- Own the Lounge operations and create an amazing, unique environment for staff and guests.
- Ensure every customer leaves happy.
- Manage KPIs, labour, stock, food safety, customer sentiment and budget in line with brand standards.
- Deliver training and recruitment for front‑of‑house staff up to Assistant Manager level.
Qualifications
- Current or previous role as General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Restaurant Manager.
- Background in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
- Experience managing a bar environment with freshly made food and drinks.
- Proficient in managing through clear KPIs, making decisions on labour, stock, food safety, customer sentiment and budgets.
- Experience in back‑of‑house operations and kitchen team management is preferable.
