Key elements of your role as Restaurant Administrator
- Maintain office services including office operations and procedures, assigning and monitoring all administration functions
- Have Fourth Hospitality programme knowledge and be able to check right to work, close employee rotas and maintain accurate employee files
- Complete daily banking procedures as well as supporting and checking cash out
- Ensuring all end of day reports are consistent and to company standards
- Support the ordering of equipment, stationary, uniforms and crockery
- Organise weekly stock takes and prepare invoices
- Monitor the business occupancy tracker and help standardise operational procedures
About you
- You have 2 year + experience in this position (or similar)
- You have the experience and skills to oversee and support the entire front and back of house admin operation
- You have strong IT skills
- You have excellent English language skills
