Cox's Yard is a riverside Taproom located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, an area famed for its history and culture. This entry-level position within the kitchen is essential for keeping everything running smoothly.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out basic cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently
- Collecting, washing and storing pots, pans, crockery and cutlery
- Keeping food preparation areas, equipment, surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised
- Unloading deliveries and helping keep the storeroom tidy and organised
- Supporting simple food preparation, such as salads or desserts
- Assisting with deep cleans, equipment cleaning and laundering kitchen towels and aprons
- Taking on additional duties as required to support the smooth running of the kitchen
