As a Customer Service Team Member at Welcome Break, you'll be the friendly face our customers see first. What you'll do:

  • Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
  • Keep the customer seating areas and back of house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
