The Service Delivery Director will drive service performance, financial control and continuous improvement while identifying opportunities for growth and increased value. This role suits a strategic Service Delivery Director who can lead large teams and operate confidently within secure environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end service delivery across multiple contracts aligned to SLAs.
- Own full P&L accountability, financial governance and cost control.
- Manage service risks, performance and productivity improvements.
- Lead and develop a team of Service Directors and delivery managers.
- Drive Service Improvement Plans to enhance delivery standards.
- Manage supplier relationships to deliver a unified service approach.
- Support service introduction and transition from programme into service.
- Identify and deliver account growth and revenue opportunities.
- Provide governance across service reviews, CAB and customer meetings.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Director within complex environments.
- Strong understanding of Defence or MoD customer environments.
- Experience with ITIL service management frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong leadership, financial and stakeholder management capability.
