We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Buyers Admin Assistant to support the Womenswear Strategic Partnerships Product team with the day to day running of the department. This role is suited to someone who enjoys administration, organisation and problem solving, with a positive, can do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team. You will play a key role in ensuring product information, orders and departmental processes are managed accurately and efficiently within a fast paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships Product team
- Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate product information
- Maintain internal systems, trackers and departmental documents
- Coordinate samples and support product selection meetings
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth ways of working
- Support the wider team to ensure key deadlines are met
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience within fashion or wholesale environments preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
