Position: Residential Property Solicitor

Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Conducting and managing residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
- Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.
- Manage a full caseload of varying value and complexity across residential property.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 2 year PQE.
- You will have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track record of the Conveyancing processes.
- Be detail driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organized team player.
