At Pasta Evangelists, we believe pasta makes everything better. We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-paced team. As a Team Member you will support the Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site located within the airport. Your role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall success of the site.

Opening hours: from 2:00am to 10:00pm from Monday to Sunday.

What you’ll do at Pasta Evangelists:

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to travellers.
  • Assist customers with menu inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
  • Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts.
  • Maintain accountability for cash drawers and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products, monitoring expiration dates, and communicating inventory needs to supervisors.
  • Ensure products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the site, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a safe food environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist teammates during busy periods, communicate effectively, and support a positive team environment.
