The Role Our Store Managers are integral to the success of the HOKA Brand. As a Store Manager, you draw, develop, and motivate a passionate team, share HOKA Brand values, and create a culture of trust and accountability. You may lead multiple high‑volume locations and support the Area Manager with additional responsibilities as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop your team to drive business results and professional growth.
  • Partner with the Area Manager to identify and develop talent for leadership positions.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and prioritise brand and product knowledge training.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales and KPIs while monitoring expenses.
  • Conduct self‑audits with attention to key controls involving receiving and cash handling within your district.
  • Develop store strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and optimise profitability.
  • Proactively cultivate community through events, local outreach, and engagement beyond the store’s four walls.
  • Manage inventory and implement store administration and operations, including compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Actively maintain a network for recruiting candidates to your store team and support the District Manager in identifying and interviewing potential management candidates.
  • Hire the best team members by identifying talent quickly and maintaining a recruiting network.
  • Onboard and train team members to ensure engaged and high‑performing teams.
  • Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and standards, executing visual directives and guidelines.
  • Drive key initiatives and support programs that enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer‑facing environment.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing costs for a store of comparable volume and size.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
  • Solid Retail Store Management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
  • Agility to meet the needs of the business, both within and beyond the four walls of the store.
  • Experience coordinating and hosting in‑store events (a plus).
  • Fantastic problem‑solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
