Overview
You will be responsible for creating amazing experiences for our customers, ensuring every visitor leaves the store with high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with customers, educate them on products, build rapport.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment.
- Assist loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.
- Handle cash management and follow security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Qualifications
- Flexible schedule, available for weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
