At Alton Towers Resort, we're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Team Leader to join our team. Working as part of a Food & Beverage team, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of our restaurants and bars.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Duty Managers to deliver high operational standards across restaurant and bar areas
  • Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service
  • Supporting the team with guest enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
  • Helping maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
  • Completing daily checks and ensuring procedures are followed
  • Coaching, motivating, and supporting team members to perform at their best
  • Driving sales opportunities and helping achieve business targets
  • Creating a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, cafe, or food & beverage environment
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organised and perform well in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude with a hands‑on approach to teamwork
  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the nature of the role
