We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our mental health services team. You will work directly with adults experiencing mental health challenges, supporting them to achieve their goals, develop skills, and maintain their wellbeing. Your role will involve building trusting relationships, encouraging independence, and promoting recovery in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised support tailored to individual needs and recovery plans
