Looking for a supportive, flexible GP role within a genuinely welcoming team? Bridge of Allan Health Centre is delighted to invite applications from qualified GPs or GP trainees nearing CCT to join our friendly and supportive team as a Salaried GP (4-6 sessions per week).

About Us

We are a busy, well‑established practice in the lovely spa town of Bridge of Allan, caring for over 7,000 patients. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming, team‑focused practice, where kindness, respect, and staff wellbeing are genuinely at the heart of everything we do. We are an accredited GP training practice working with trainees and medical students from Glasgow and Dundee.

Our team includes 5 experienced GP partners with a wide range of clinical interests and expertise, creating a friendly, close‑knit team environment where people work well together and support each other. We are supported by a strong wider multidisciplinary team, including our practice nurse, health care assistant, mental health nurse, PCIP ANP, pharmacy team, and advanced physiotherapy practitioners, with district nurses and health visitors also based within the practice, alongside our fantastic and experienced administrative team.

You’ll be working in a practice where colleagues are approachable and always happy to chat through cases or share ideas, whether that’s during the day or over a coffee.

About the role

  • Flexible 4-6 sessions with working patterns tailored to your needs, recognising different career stages and professional interests.
  • 15 minute appointments with protected administration time at the end of each day.
  • Strong MDT support and shared participation in the duty doctor rota within a supportive team structure.

Who we are looking for
