As a Team Leader in one of our betting shops, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining this atmosphere and shaping the experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Co‑coach and develop your team
- Maintain high standards and ensure the shop always looks the part (e.g., visual displays)
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Champion safer gambling at all times
- Open and close the shop, with support from your team as required
- Ensure the shop achieves targets
Working patterns
Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis, are subject to change and will include evening and weekend working.
