As a Team Leader in one of our betting shops, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining this atmosphere and shaping the experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Co‑coach and develop your team
  • Maintain high standards and ensure the shop always looks the part (e.g., visual displays)
  • Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Champion safer gambling at all times
  • Open and close the shop, with support from your team as required
  • Ensure the shop achieves targets

Working patterns

Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis, are subject to change and will include evening and weekend working.
