- Integrated Training & Recovery: You'll use Evolt360 data to guide programming and track progress. Members also have access to premium recovery options including compression boots, massage guns and hydromassage beds, enhancing your coaching offering.
- Ongoing Progress Reviews: Regular check ins, reassessments, and conversations keep members engaged, accountable, and invested in long term coaching.

Requirements
Essential:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA)
- Valid Public Liability Insurance
Desirable:
- Class instructor certifications
- Experience with data driven coaching tools (training provided)
- Background in premium or community focused gyms
