Enable Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Contracts Manager - Residential Groundworks covering South West Wiltshire / East Somerset. This is a strong opportunity for a capable Contracts Manager with a residential groundworks background to join a contractor delivering multiple projects across the region. The role will involve overseeing site teams, maintaining operational standards, supporting programme delivery, and ensuring projects are resourced and managed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential groundworks projects across the region
  • Support site managers, engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Monitor progress, resources, programme performance, and general site operations
  • Ensure health and safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained consistently
  • Liaise with clients, commercial teams, and internal management to support overall project success
  • Help resolve operational issues and maintain continuity across multiple sites
  • Drive accountability, planning, and performance standards throughout the project portfolio
  • Support strong communication and reporting across all areas of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within residential groundworks or civils
  • Strong understanding of site delivery, project coordination, and regional multi-site management
