Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
  • Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, liaising with the planning team via a ticket system
  • Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
  • Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor

Salary Package: £13.00 P/H (+ up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)
