What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Manager, you'll play a central role in the store's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the team during your shift to maintain high store standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries
  • Keeping the store well-presented and fully stocked
  • Supporting stock deliveries and efficient stockroom management
  • Acting as a keyholder, with responsibility for store opening and closing
