Electrical Site Manager
Location: Stoke-on-Trent Project: 200-Unit Residential Development (Low-Rise Apartments & Homes)
Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical installation package on a 200-unit residential development comprising low rise apartments and homes in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all electrical installation works from first fix through to commissioning and handover
- Manage electrical subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS, and current electrical regulations
- Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues as they arise.
- Liaise with the project team, other trades, and client representatives.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship throughout the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Supervisor, or Electrical Manager within the UK construction sector
- Experience delivering residential developments, including apartments and housing schemes.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and commissioning
- ECS/CSCS card
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
