What we need in a nutshell:
We want our guests to have a whale of a time whether that be down at the pool or on many of our activities we offer. As Sports and Leisure Manager, you will make this happen by ensuring our leisure activities and pool facilities operate at the highest levels whilst leading a team of qualified lifeguards and activity assistants.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the management of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, splash pads, crazy golf, bike hire, beaches and other fantastic leisure activities.
- Look after everyone's safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe, clean and meeting legal requirements and NOP's.
- Manage the programme and financial income for the Sports and Leisure department.
- Lead by example: being incredibly friendly, answering guests' questions and 'mucking in' when needed.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- A current NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
- Great interpersonal skills - you'll need to be assertive as well as friendly.
- Proven leadership skills.

Nice to have but not essential:
- NPMQ (National Pool Management Qualification)
- Experience in the hospitality sector
