Responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of outstanding five star guest service in Spa Sales & Reservations and fitness areas by training, guiding, and mentoring all colleagues in each department. Responsible for driving the revenue of all business centres in the spa through effective scheduling, yield management and sales. Oversees the personnel management of the Spa Reception Team and provides support to the Spa Director as a Duty Manager. To manage and maintain an effective retail and guest supplies stock control system. To oversee the management of spa group bookings and VIP guests in conjunction with the Treatments Manager.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have an operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of a luxury spa. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your technical skills and flexibility will be what sets you apart. To be successful in your application you will already have experience in a similar role within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5 star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce; however, you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
