Responsibilities
- You will support the management team with the day to day running of the store, drive sales, and deliver high quality customer service.
- You will keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best, reduce shrinkage and till errors, and help the team meet targets.
Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer preferred.
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service.
- The ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential).
