Wendy's is hiring a Supervisor to join their team. Our Company NFH Restaurants is a dynamic multi brand franchisee passionate about food and hospitality. As a Supervisor of Wendy's, you will:
- Under the leadership of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, manage the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant.
- Focus specifically on staffing, training, and scheduling, all of which will help build and retain a 5 star team.
- Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching & development.
- Use effective scheduling to ensure your team is in the right place at the right time.
- Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members.
- Support the General Manager in the day to day management of the business, both Front of House and Back of House.
- Support with local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of your restaurant in your local area.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Help in building a passionate, engaged team that provides a great guest experience and can support with future new site openings.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
- 1 year of line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast paced environment.
- 1 year of management experience.
- Flexibility to work - must be available all day parts and days of the week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and Team Members.
- Support the Managers to oversee all day to day restaurant operations to ensure all Company standards are adhered to.
- Support the delivery of all key training with the General Manager and identify training needs and capability gaps within the team.
- Ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock take, EHO and Financial Audits.
- Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the business objectives.
- Support the manager to control costs without compromising standards and the Wendy's guest experience, through weekly and daily line checks.
- Work in Back of House helping and training the team during peak times.
- Comply with all legislative and Company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements and help promote a positive safety culture throughout the business.

- Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
