To be the best - and that starts with hiring brilliant people like you! We are on the lookout for a brand new Property Manager to be the heart of our student community in The Bank, Southampton. This is a part time, on site position, working 30 hours per week on a shift pattern basis across 5 days per week so flexibility will be required. The role offers a salary of £24,000 reflective of experience and responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Property Manager, you'll be the go to person for everything on site. You'll lead a team, keep things running smoothly and ensure our students have an amazing place to live. Your role will include:

  • Building a buzzing student community - creating a welcoming and safe environment where students feel at home.
  • Leading and developing a great team - inspiring those around you to deliver top notch service.
  • Keeping operations in point - from ensuring the site looks its best to statutory compliance, you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Driving occupancy and revenue - helping make our site the place to be, working closely with universities and local partners.
  • Managing budgets and financial performance - keeping an eye on the numbers while delivering a great experience.
