Responsibilities
- Manage your own tasks proactively while collaborating with colleagues.

- Act as the key employment tax point of contact for clients, ensuring quality and risk management, responding quickly to requests and keeping clients informed of progress.
- Build, develop and manage a portfolio of clients, including control of billings and cash collection in line with firm criteria.
- Lead and manage complex tax projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and address any service needs.
Qualifications
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation with specialist expertise to resolve complex tax issues.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including billing and cash collection responsibilities.
- Experience leading and managing complex projects.
- Understanding of potential risks to the firm related to quality control procedures.
- Degree level education and/or CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
