An alternative provision is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support secondary‑aged pupils.
Responsibilities
- Supporting behaviour and engagement
- Mentoring pupils on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting attendance and routines
- Working closely with safeguarding staff
Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:15pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm
Recruitment Process
- Interview and trial day required before summer break
- References obtained before placement confirmation
Requirements
- Full-time applicants only
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
