We're looking for Sous Chefs to head up and manage key areas of our multi-outlet, high-end stadium dining operations across Compass Group venues - from fine dining and premium hospitality to elevated bowl food, buffets and specialist nutrition. This role is ideal for a chef with flair, finesse and leadership strength, capable of running world-class operations delivering thousands of covers per event across sport, music, and live entertainment.

Key Focus Areas:
- Champion quality, consistency and innovation across all menus
- Deliver large-scale service across football, rugby, cricket, concerts, boxing, NFL and live events
- Collaborate with senior, Michelin-calibre chefs and culinary partners
- Maintain strict adherence to menu specs, recipes and ingredient use
- Lead, develop and motivate multi-kitchen teams (permanent & event-day brigades)
- Support tastings, planning sessions and high-profile client events
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety and allergen regulations
- Perform confidently under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
