The brand now includes locations in Mayfair, Canary Wharf and Aldwych, and is part of the Azumi collection. About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street. As a key member of the kitchen leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and seamless guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen when the head chef is away.
- Train, coach and develop our Junior Chefs.

- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high volume restaurant environment.
