The Role

At MHR we are looking for individuals eager to lead our highly skilled and successful Agile Software Development Team, shaping the future of work with innovative products.

Work that matters - what you'll be doing:

  • Managing a cross functional team of software engineers and testers whilst providing mentoring and coaching
  • Ensuring best practices in Software Development are maintained
  • Ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of code and software architecture
  • Monitoring team performance and setting performance goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing feedback
  • Working with Scrum Masters to identify and address any issues or challenges faced by the team and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Driving a generative culture of high cooperation where learning is the heart of everything we do
  • Working closely with the Product Design Team to manage the resources required, to achieve the product roadmaps considering recruitment, training and the acquisition of tools and frameworks in a timely fashion to avoid delays in delivery

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience motivating and guiding software professionals, managing cross functional teams, and providing mentoring and coaching
  • A strong understanding of software development concepts and technologies, particularly in .NET and Angular
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and integrate software components seamlessly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Understanding of best practices in software development and ensuring these are maintained, including code quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends
