This practice is conveniently positioned near junction 28 of the M1 and is well connected to the town centre by public transport, making it an easy and accessible place to work. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated vet to grow within a supportive environment.

You will work closely with our practice owners, who bring expertise in Exotics, and you'll become part of a friendly team that includes four vets, seven RVNs, four client care advisors, and a Practice Manager. As a teaching practice, we regularly welcome SVNs and veterinary students on placement.

The clinic is equipped with modern, high quality technology, including digital radiography, a comprehensive laboratory suite, advanced ultrasound with a cardiac probe, ECG and more. They aim to provide the best tools so clinicians can deliver outstanding care.

We're seeking a vet with experience in routine surgery and confidence in occasional sole charge. Support is available for non-routine procedures, and applications from certificate holders or vets with advanced qualifications are warmly welcomed, with enhanced salary options available.

This full time position is 35 hours per week, includes a 1-in 4 Saturday rota (9 am-5 pm), offers a consistent weekly day off, and involves no out of hours work. Professional growth is strongly encouraged, with a generous CPD allowance and active support for certificate study.

A competitive salary of up to £60,000 (depending on experience), funded professional memberships, CPD days, enhanced family leave, generous holiday entitlement, birthday leave, a contributory pension and more.
