This position is part of the Facilities Management team at JLL’s Work Dynamics Business Line. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for staff, contractors, and visitors, welcoming them, signing them in, and providing assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all individuals entering the building in a warm, professional, and polite manner.
  • Answer the incoming phone line and appropriately direct calls internally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation.
  • Assist with training of existing staff and new hires.
  • Record and enter data for guests and contractors attending the site.
  • General tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Manage people signing in and distribute security passes.
  • Cover for other reception staff during leave or illness.
  • Maintain the Security and Health & Safety expectations of JLL and the client.
  • Complete required training of JLL and the client.
  • Receive post and deliveries, notify relevant parties to collect them.
  • Manage taxi bookings.
  • Keep the reception area tidy at all times.
  • Show a professional, bubbly attitude and appearance.
