Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer of Motor Vehicles to join our Slough & Langley College campus. This is a permanent, full time position with a salary ranging from £31,633 (T1) up to £45,341 (T11), depending on qualifications and experience. Please note the expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 19th August 2026.

This Lecturer in Motor Vehicles role at Slough & Langley College offers the opportunity to help shape the next generation of automotive professionals by bringing your industry knowledge and practical experience into the classroom and workshop environment.

Your primary focus will be to deliver inspiring teaching, learning and assessment across motor vehicle programmes, supporting students to develop the technical skills, professional behaviours and industry knowledge required for successful careers in the automotive sector. You will monitor learner progress closely, provide timely interventions where needed and maintain high expectations to ensure students achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone with strong industry expertise who can create engaging and relevant learning experiences that reflect current automotive practices and emerging technologies. Previous experience in curriculum development or course planning would be highly beneficial, as you will contribute to keeping programmes up to date, practical and aligned with industry standards.

You will play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional learning environment, supporting both student achievement and progression. A commitment to continuous professional development is essential, particularly in relation to developments within the modern motor vehicle industry, including new and evolving vehicle technologies.
