Lead a Busy Costa Store in a Dynamic Hospital Environment
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Wexham Park Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well known brand in a fast‑paced, high footfall setting where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team - delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store's overall performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking full responsibility for the day to day running of the Costa store
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operations during busy service periods
- Managing stock, minimising waste, and maintaining strong cost controls
- Completing weekly admin, reporting, and operational tasks
