We are looking for a discreet and experienced Clerk to support the Governing Board at The Westgate School. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills together with a proactive approach.
Role - The Clerk to the Governing Board will:
- Provide advice to the governing board on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.
- Provide effective administrative support to the governing board and its committees.
- Ensure the governing board is properly constituted.
- Manage information effectively in accordance with legal requirements.
