Salary: £24,784.50 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Contracted Hours: 40 hours a week, 37.5 hours a week paid (Willing to reduce days/hours for the right candidate)
Are you looking for a new admin role? Hannah Food Service is an established food distribution company looking for a temporary Administrative Support to join our family run business. As a successful Administrative Support you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team.
What you will be doing:
- Drafting, distributing, and retaining a wide range of documents including contracts of employment, termination letters, addendum to contracts.
- Creating compelling job adverts and posting them on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Assisting other HR members with candidate screening tasks such as processing applications, and scheduling and participating in the interview process.
- Managing the reference, right to work, driving licence, and DBS checks.
- Auditing and maintaining employee personnel files ensuring all documentation is scanned and saved correctly.
- Assisting with employee training and updating employee training records.
- Providing note taking support during a wide range of meetings.
- Assisting with the on-boarding and pre-employment processes.
- Assisting with the induction and exit process.
- Managing the group mailbox, responding to general enquiries and escalating, where appropriate.
- Providing admin support in relation to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Have previous experience of working within an administrative role.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Have a good working knowledge of computer systems and software such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Be flexible with a willingness to learn.
- Be organised and have a keen eye for detail.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a successful team.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
