Location: Sittingbourne, Kent with regular travel across Kent (some homeworking hours may be considered after a successful probation period)
Salary: £30,000-32,000 per annum.
Hours: 37 per week including some out of hours working.
DBS: Enhanced with Children’s Barred List check.

We are seeking an inspiring Service Manager to lead and develop our Children & Young People’s services, supporting those affected by domestic abuse. You will lead a growing team, shape innovative trauma‑informed programmes, and ensure the voices of children and young people are at the heart of everything we do.
