Costain have won extensive work across the water sector to support the AMP 8 investment cycle. We have been appointed by Northumbrian Water to the Living Water Enterprise to help shape and deliver its strategic infrastructure upgrade programme with contracts valued up to c.£670m to Costain over the next 15 years.
The Site Agent will lead the delivery of projects allocated to Costain and ranging in value from £1m - £10m in this first wave. This allocation covers both STW upgrades and Storm Overflow works. You will work across the project lifecycle from concept, ECI, delivery and through handover and will be leading our design and delivery team in engagement with site operational teams and supply chain partners (on one or multiple sites).
You will be developing our construction strategies and programmes and ensuring we are setting up and delivering safely, to quality, time and budget.
