Responsible for managing vehicle wrapping and signage production across the UK, ensuring high standards of design, quality, safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle wrapping, including full digital print and colour change vehicle wraps
  • Managing a small team of sign makers, fitters and vehicle wrappers
  • Vinyl graphic application - polymeric cast, wrapping and bubble free finishes
  • Sign making, including vinyl cutting, digital print, ACM trays and general assembly
  • Installing signs and display materials on and off site
  • Managing team schedules while working closely with all departments
  • Representing the brand as ambassadors at all times
  • Upholding and enforcing health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring the quality and finish of products meet set standards
  • Maintaining records and administration for installations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in signage production and print
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Ability to work towards 3M application standards (training can be provided)
  • Driven to succeed and deliver at high standards
  • Ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines
  • Self motivated, direct and confident when liaising with staff and customers at all levels
  • Enthusiastic, a good team player and highly organised
  • Flexibility to work throughout the UK, including overnight stays and occasional weekend work (with due notice)
  • CSCS Card, PASMA certification and IPAF certification

Working Hours and Compensation

  • Hours of work: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday.
  • Salary based on experience.
  • Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
