Position: Supervisor - Pandora Store (Permanent, 16 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday

Compensation: £14.53 per hour, plus a monthly bonus scheme of 10%-20% based on performance.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you oversee the sales floor, motivate your team, and ensure customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience while upholding Pandora's brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Floor
    • Hold daily team briefs, share store KPI's, and motivate the team to beat targets
    • Drive exceptional service through role modelling Pandora's selling ceremony and delivering on KPI's
    • Perform store walks, understand commercial impact, and align visual merchandising accordingly
    • Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success
    • Handle serious complaints that have been escalated with professionalism and care
  • Personal Sales
    • Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach to individual personalities and needs
    • Use deep product knowledge and a passion for storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora's sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
    • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity
  • Store Operations
    • Act as key holder and carry out opening and closing procedures
    • Cash up and reconcile till systems
    • Assist store management with administrative duties, including recruitment, investigations and disciplinary hearings if required
    • Assist with product and POS deliveries; unload and store items in the correct spaces
    • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, returns, exchanges, and escalations
    • Remain alert while on the shop floor and follow company security policies to keep the team and customers safe
