About the roleAs the Local Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring high quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, recovery, and wellbeing. You will lead a team of support staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
