Position: Fitness Coach / Self employed Personal Trainer (part time, 12 hrs/week, 3 x 4 hour shifts, monthly salary). In addition, the role includes running a self employed PT business from the gym with special support and incentives.

Role Overview
Your purpose is to engage with members to ensure they receive a world class experience on every visit. This includes cleaning, induction, class instruction, hospitality, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with members on the gym floor
- Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours
- Teach engaging group exercise classes
- Conduct member inductions
- Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms
- Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately
- Provide ad hoc support to members as needed
- Maintain cleanliness to highest standards
- Ensure brand standards, safety and health compliance
- Monitor service delivery via performance and feedback
- Operate safely and legally at all times
- Manage energy, environmental issues and waste
- Analyse and present key data to support new ideas or initiatives
