An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the clerical team in the Audiology department. We support the Audiology clinical staff in delivering a high-quality Audiology service to the hearing aid wearers of Shropshire. Shropshire Audiology provides services for a population of 500,000 people where we see approximately 60,000 people in a year. We are proud to be able to offer a range of services to our patients such as Adult Hearing Aid work, ENT support, Paediatric Audiology, the Shropshire Implant Service, Hearing Therapy and Rehabilitation clinics, Tinnitus and Hyperacusis and Balance.

Main duties of the job include:

  • To assist in the day to day running of the Audiology Department ensuring the Administration and Clerical team are delivering the highest possible standard of work.
  • Organising and dealing with administrative duties within the Audiology department.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to enquiries from our service users.
