Rate of Pay:
- 0-26 weeks: £12.31 per hour
- Week 27 onwards: £12.71 per hour
Hours of Work:
- Full time shift: Sunday to Thursday (15:00–23:00)
- Part time shift: Friday, Sunday and Monday (15:00–23:00)
Responsibilities:
- Packing and checking the various meat products
- Monitor the production of various meat products and identify and report quality issues
Ideal Candidate:
Our perfect worker will have a keen eye for details, always being cautious that the standards of quality are met. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure production targets are met to meet clients' goals. Production Operatives will be physically fit as you will be on your feet for long periods of time and there will be some heavy lifting involved. You should be flexible, reliable and willing to follow the site's strict Health & Safety procedures. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
