Location: IRC Harmondsworth, West Drayton, UB7 0FX.

Hours: 40 hours/week Mon to Fri 08:00 - 16:30

Pay rate: £14.00/hour

This isn't your average retail job - you'll be working in the Judicial sector, so attention to detail and professionalism are key. If you're friendly, organised, and love providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and operate tills confidently
  • Keep shelves stocked and displays looking great
  • Handle deliveries, stock checks, and maintain accurate records
  • Support with picking and packing orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment
  • Occasionally escort customers (prisoners) to and from the shop
  • Assist with admin tasks like answering calls and emails.

What we're looking for:

  • You've lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
  • Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus - but not essential!
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and sometimes on your own.

Work-life balance: Shifts between 08:00 and 16:30 - evenings free!
