We are expanding to support the growing number of people looking to live as independently as possible in their own homes in the Spelthorne, Elmbridge and Runnymede areas. To succeed in this role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
The hours for our Twilight role are between 16:00-22:00 with a 2 week working pattern that includes alternate weekends. Here is an example of how this may look:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
This is a community-based role, providing outstanding home care to our clients in Spelthorne, Runnymede & Elmbridge.
Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, showering, bed-baths, dressing and bedtime preparation.
- Health Support: Administering medications and providing support with medical routines.
- Nutritional Assistance: Preparation of meals and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Hygiene and Grooming: Supporting with personal grooming, such as hair care and shaving.
- Domestic Support: Assisting with light housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
- Continence Care: Providing sensitive and respectful assistance with continence needs.
- Peak: £15.50 p/hr - 07:00-10:00, 17:00-22:00
- Off-peak: £14.40 p/hr - 10:00-17:00
- Paid (paid per mile for travelling in between customer visits)
- Bank holiday rates are paid at 1.5 times normal rate!
