The Role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met to Gooey's high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working hands on in store, leading by example
  • Driving sales and achieving KPIs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building loyal customers
  • Managing daily stock ordering and forecasting
  • Minimising waste through accurate forecasting and strong stock control
  • Supporting, motivating, and guiding colleagues on shift
  • Ensuring the site is consistently well presented and operationally excellent

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and genuinely loves customer interaction.

You will be:

  • Highly sales driven with a strong commercial mindset
  • Passionate about customer service and team leadership
  • Confident working hands on and managing multiple locations
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail around stock and waste control
  • Familiar with Excel packages and comfortable using spreadsheets for stock, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Comfortable working shifts (42 hours per week, 5 of 7 days)
  • Experienced in retail, hospitality, or kiosk style operations (management experience preferred)
  • A driving licence is not required, as all kiosks are accessible via public transport
